It looks like you only have 50 IPs per pool in your configurations. if
you're getting "no free leases" in your log, then could you have possibly
maxed out one of your pools? check to see what network the discover is
coming in from :) your lease time is short, so I wouldn't think this would
be it, but it's worth a check, especially if you aren't using the CIDR package.
