Check your syslog; there should be more detail including the line where the
error occurred. Sometimes it's just a missing ; at the end of a line.

Subject: NetReg: Register.cgi error
I am trying to configure NetReg on our campus for use in the fall. When
attempting to register a client, the following error occurred:
Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your
request.
Error message:
Premature end of script headers: register.cgi
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster
<mailto:root@localhost>
Could anyone help with this? I am not a Linux guru and I do not know any
Perl programming so I'm at a total loss. Thanks!
