Check your /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
You might have a typo in register.cgi which shows up there

When attempting to register a client, the following error occurred:

Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Error message: Premature end of script headers: register.cgi If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster <mailto:root@localhost> Could anyone help with this? I am not a Linux guru and I do not know any Perl programming so I'm at a total loss. Thanks!
