It makes sense.

Windows Update Services. It will be part of the MOM environment.
(Microsoft Operations Manger http://www.microsoft.com/mom/) MOM is
billed as: systems management by offering event management, proactive
monitoring and alerting, reporting and trend analysis, and system and
application specific knowledge.

Too bad it immediately rhymes with something else.

I believe it's called "software update services". You run your own
server. I've heard the new version is changing from SUS to WUS. :-)
