NetReg: admin page

I would like to check the admin page to do a search on a specific MAC
address. When I try to access the access the page, I get the
registration. Note that I open the browser and type:
http://. Everything else is working fine. I
got the clients to register; I created the cron job for dhcpd.conf to be
updated.
How do I access the admin page?
