If you don't have the cron job running yet did you manually copy
dhcpd.conf.new to dhcpd.conf? If not then the DHCP server is still
running
under the old dhcpd.conf without your registration. I believe the
"Already
Registered" message looks at dhcpd.conf.new. First look in the .new
file
and make sure you have a valid registration there. If you do then try
running the refresh-dhcpdconf manually and see if you get the
address. Without the cron job your registration won't ever take effect.
