No, but we're thinking about it.

Our implementation of netreg for our resnet
assigns fixed addresses only. It has a
re-registration mechanism built in. You're
welcome to the code. It's located here:

Lack of time & manpower, plus we are in the
midsts of a network re-design. After the dust
settles on that, we'll look into it more.
