Can you ping 10.10.10.1? If you can ping it, does a nslookup of
netreg.org resolve? to 10.10.10.1?

if you cannot resolve anything to 10.10.10.1 then your DNS is not
properly configured to do the fake root DNS. You should post those
confs.
