Hello,

I am attempting to implement netreg on a Campus Network with a single
DHCP server. I have succesfully used NetReg v1.0 with having a single
machine being the Registration, DHCP and the Dodgy DNS server.

I would like to use the NetReg v2.0 the same way. However I am running
into problems, because the documentation refers to the situation of
having multiple DHCP servers that are updated using the dhcpdmanager. I
am also not concerned with using netreg for registering computers with
static ip addresses.

1. Do I have to use the dhcpdmanager if the DHCP server is located on
the same machine as the netreg server?
2. Which cron jobs have to be scheduled to keep the DHCP configuration
registration information intact?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
