I think I see the problem. I'm not sure if the CIDR kit is a full
distribution, or if it just modifies the necessary files in the standard
kit. So I'm think the problem might be that you need to download
Netreg1.3rc2 copying the files to the correct locations, then copy the
files from the CIDR kit to the appropriate places, overwriting the
original NetReg files.

I have a little experience with Linux but probably not as much as most
of you. Please bear with me. I am working with RedHat 9 in text mode.

I am working from the Installing NetReg v1.3rc2 HOWTO from Patrick
Jaques. On page 9 under the copied from netreg-cidr.tar.gz section, it
mentions about copies a series of files to various apache directories.
I don't see these files in the netreg-cidr.tar.gz package. Are these to
have been copied as a result of the previous cp commands listed above
on this
same page ? This part isnt real clear.
