Hi David,
I was using Apache1.3 because that is the version that we have expertise in.
I checked the install guide for NR2 and it stated that it could use either
Apache 1.3 or 2.0. I will switch to 2.0 and just go through the minimal
learning curve of the upgrade.
I am also using PostgreSQL instead of Oracle. Have you found that PGSQL is
ok to use with NR2? We have an Oracle server installed on campus, but the
red tape of trying to get database and user setup is unbelievable.

Quinton,
For a start, I think you should change to using apache 2 not apache 1.3.
Netreg 2.0 was designed to run with apache2. It could work with 1.3 with
some changes, but it's not tested to work with it by default.
You may also want to go into the Variables.pm file and increase the
debugging level to get more information in the log file, but I don't think
that will help so long as you are running it with apache 1.3
David.

have not yet been able to make it work since the install.
And I am getting this error when trying to get to the admin.cgi page in
