It must be stated again that I did not write the C code provided. I do
not want to get into supporting something I did not author. I modified
the initial code from insecure.org. I did write the perl redirection
code (index.cgi). UConn deserves the credit here for working the kinks
out and finding the patch signatures and writing the white paper.
 Thanks to UConn's sleepy Keith and Mike Lang. UMD and UConn seem have
developed a working relationship as we all seem to be in the same boat.
