If you look at the code in the ISC DHCP tarball, you'll find that OMAPI,
while a nice idea, is not anywhere near fully implemented. You'll find a
framework for dozens of functions, only a handful of which have anything
useful attached to them. So, no matter what someone might have implemented
in perl, if what you need is functionality that hasn't yet been implemented
in the dhcp server, you're out of luck...
