NETREG:
I have installed and configured NETREG on RedHat Alpha Linux 7.1 using the
detailed directions listed on the netreg site. Originally, I had it
configured using private addressing and tested it on a closed network. When
I changed the ip address to our student network and changed the DHCP pool
to reflect the subnet change, I encountered several problems:
1. bogus DNS was not resolving properly - got page not found
2. authenticated and non-authenticated received ips from the same
range although I had a private address range configured for
non-authenticated.
3. received not authorized from this ip when accessing the web page.
Any ideas on how I can resolve these issues?
