NetReg: scripts to change registered name?

Hi all,

Has anyone developed any code for NetReg 1.3rc2 to change the name of a
registered user?

For instance, we have a wireless card here that was originally
registered to one user, and now is being re-assigned to another user.
Currently, we have to go into the dhcpd.conf.new file and manually
update the name, or use the admin web page/scripts to delete the old
user and then have the new user re-register.

It certainly seems like this could be done with a modification to the
scripts...? It would be nice to have as part of the Admin pages.
