hi all,
that was help Mike...thankx..Everything seems alright now...My test
server running ok in FreeBSD except cron job...cron is not doing what it
supposed to do...any suggestions why its not detecting change in
dhcpd.conf.new??....and also Can anyone tell me whether there is any
altenative option of using "pool"...i don't wanna use pool!!...if so, could
u please send me a templete??? thankx in advance...

In dealing with with problem on another program (netsaint) they recommened
(adapted for NetReg):
Creating a group (for example regserver)
Assigning both the webserver, and the userid that you run Netreg to this
group
chown the file to that group (example: chown G+rw filename)
That should take care of the ownership.
Let us know how it worked out.
