All of the files that you mentioned are specific to the individual
applications, not the os.
db.root, named.root, and localhost.rev are all arbitrary names that you
specify. The OS doesn't really make a difference.
.htaccess and httpd.conf are the same as if on linux or bsd. The directory
names may change, but not the file name or the function of these files.
