Micah,
You should be able to implement this easily. DDNS is designed to allow
you to update records and zoneinfo across the network to the DNS
server. So, you would just have to configure DHCP on your NetReg system
to do the update over the network to the other DNS server. This should
be straight-forward since v3 of the ISC DHCP server supports DDNS
updates.
