Hi,
We're looking at upgrading to a pure Windows 2000 server environment. Is
anyone using netreg with w2k servers? Can netreg work on a separate Linux
box and not mess up 2000's DNS (and possibly DHCP)? Can netreg take over
the DHCP functions rather than letting 2000 manage it?
Can netreg be ported to 2000? If it can be ported to 2000, can it interface
natively with the user attributes on the server (maybe via LDAP)? or at
least manage the DHCP and bogus DNS? Is there any interest in a 2000 port?
Thanks for any & all input,
-Bryan
