In the dhcpd.conf you could create a group and place him in it. Within that
group you could give him a bogus gateway and or IP address. So if he did
more rooms he would still get a IP etc.. from the dhcp server but it would
be all wrong information. Also, since his mac address would already be in
the dhcpd.conf file he couldn't register again.
We do something like this for some of our machines that we don't want to
have internet access. The only downfall is if your computer user knows what
he is doing he could always hard code his ip, gateway, dns etc.. info
himself.

We have a bad student that we are disconnecting, but we want to prevent them
