Matt,

When you search for a lease, dhcpd.leases.tmp gets created. It's
basically the dhcpd.leases file but it's one line per lease to make
grepping for a leases easier to parse.

The web server needs read/write to:
dhcpd.conf.new
dhcpd.leases.tmp

and needs read only access to:
dhcpd.conf
subnet.dat
dhcpd.leases
