Hi Mimi,

Yes, that is done in the admin section. In the netreg-1.2.tar.gz file
you downloaded, there are the following files:

netreg-1.2/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/admin/.htaccess
netreg-1.2/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi
netreg-1.2/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/admin/subnet.dat

You should be able to point your browser to:
http://yournetregserver/cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi

and access all the registrations and lease information. If not, you
need to download the source again to get those files.
